No Refunds, Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds on any purchases made at AfroTheory. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Therefore, we offer store credit for eligible items returned within 10 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Store Credit

To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Returns and Store Credit

1. Contact our customer service team at shopafrotheory@gmail.com or on instagram @afrotheory within 10 days of the purchase date to initiate a return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
3. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue you store credit for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding any shipping costs.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit. Please review the product description carefully before making your purchase.
