RETURNS

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please be aware that we cannot accept item(s) damaged, washed or altered in any way. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS are Final sale and non-refundable
SHIPPING

AfroTheory ships Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
Packages are shipped within 2-4 business days after placement of order. For ex., if an order is placed March 11th, the order will be shipped between March 12th -14th.
Delivery time can take 3-5 business days
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
EXCHANGES

For exchanges or additions to your order, please email us at shopafrotheory@gmail.com and include your order #. As long as the preferred item is available, we will gladly fulfill your request before shipment be it that we’re notified within 24 hours from initial order and/or before order is shipped-whichever is first.
For exchanges after receipt of your item, please follow the return policy to return. Send us an email referencing your order # and the replacement item. Upon receipt of the item in mint condition, we will ship out the replacement.
